The Cumbria Coastal Path runs closeby, presenting superb walking and nature watching opportunities, while historic Cartmel, renowned as the prettiest village in the Lakes is just 2 miles away, home to quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, traditional pubs and the Michelin Star awarded L'Enclume restaurant. The nearby Edwardian resort of Grange-over-Sands features a traffic-free promenade, delightful ornamental gardens and a choice of golf courses. A superb base from which to enjoy this interesting and historical area. This former fisherman's cottage has been extensively modernised and furnished to a high standard to provide a spacious holiday home with snug sitting room with woodburner, a well appointed kitchen and a rear courtyard boasting table tennis and a lovely decked area, perfect for al fresco dining. Unwind in Flookburgh's 18th Century pub or follow the Cumbria Coastal Path to enjoy superb scenic walks. With historic Cartmel, Grange-over-Sands and the whole of the Lake District within easy reach, this is a magical location for a relaxing break, any time of year. Accommodation Over three floors:
